We are preparing to open the shop. Final delivery details, business information and the returns address will be published before orders open.
Agreement
By using the We Are Grá website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products and pricing
We describe our candles as accurately as possible. Colours, scent throw, and burn characteristics can vary slightly between batches. Prices are shown in the currency of your selected region. The price charged is the price shown at checkout.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if payment cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraud.
Delivery
Available destinations and delivery charges are shown for your selected region. Review the final total before paying. We remain responsible for the goods until you, or someone you nominate, receives them, unless you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer. Delivery estimates and any destination-specific duties information will be confirmed before the shop opens.
Cancellations and returns
For an ordinary online purchase, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, then return the goods within a further 14 days. Email hello@wearegra.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
We refund the purchase and basic outward delivery charge within 14 days of cancellation, but may wait for the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Any return-postage charge and the returns address will be stated before orders open. Handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods may reduce the refund; it does not automatically remove your cancellation rights.
Damaged or faulty goods
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us understand damage, but your statutory rights are not limited to a 14-day reporting window. These rights are separate from changing your mind.
Optional cancellation message

Candle safety
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, draughts, and flammable materials. Trim the wick before each use and place the candle on a heat-resistant surface.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photography, branding, and product names, belongs to We Are Grá or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Are Grá is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
